From getting ready to present our presentation to parliament to keeping agriculture alive in the in the school yard, Cultural Xpression May 2019 Edition continues to spread the awareness on the importance of ‘’Continued in vestments in Agriculture’’ that is much needed on our beautiful island. Even Saba is getting involved !
I also took some time to share the great health benefits of Purslane as i found the wild weed growing throughout the garden. Imagine that their are 80,000 species of plant based food that we can consume to improve our health, but we only consume from about 30 plant base species. So you can imagine what you been missing out on. All those wild weeds growing in your back yard may just be the right thing you need to help resolve your common health issues.
This month we also got a chance to reach out to Dj Neako Fire, promising Jamaican Dj that is busy doing allot of great things, to get an exclusive interview on his New Track release ‘’Baby Skank’’ .
