On Nov 19, 2017, The Chefs of St Maarten Vegan Community completed ”Feel Good Lunches” Friends Giving hurricane relief food drive along with building awareness on the importance of the environment, love for animals and Agriculture .
Spaceless Gardens contributed a pot of Spinach Callaloo Coconut cream soup made with fresh organic greens from the Community Garden on the day of the event. The soup was well enjoyed by community members attending the event. The Chefs of St Maarten Vegan Community also made a contribution towards the revitalization of The St Peters Community Garden.
”We are very grateful for individuals and organizations that reached out to us after the passing of hurricane Irma, your contributions have taken us a great way toward cleaning up and rebuilding the community Garden Research and Development Center. We could’nt have made it thus far without your efforts, Thank You” Wyatte
