Hey guys, man it’s been a journey haven’t been online for a bit , taking care of a few different priorities that needed attention… A lot may say by Wyatte stalling on allot of things, but truh is progress is in the eyes on the ones that believe… So much drama over the past few months, fraudulent letters sent to me from Duncan and Brandon Law firm and delivered by Mark Rebes Deurwaarde office about me using the land set for the set for Community Garden Illegally. It’s sad how when u want to do good you got to go through hell before you reach earths surface… With faith all will be well once you set your mind positive and work hard towards your goal…
Now i assume the Richardson family would think that i am some miss educated person and not do my research about the documentation received… I went on my mission to see my lawyer advice and was told to follow a few step to verify if the documentation received were well researched and procedure were execute in the right manner…
Taking that advice i went to the Kadaster as it is a public registry to get some information about the certificate of ad-measurement that was stated in the letter i received that i was occupying…
– Now first off the the certificate of ad-measurement lot number they sent me which was suppose to cover 1500sq, that they said i was occupying illegal, is no where in the St Peters area, its actually in illidge road and it cover about 659sq meters… Thats 2 serious errors over looked by Duncan and brandon Law firm…
– Second The name of that lot number is not in Ms I Richardson’s and the only property that she owns is located in the point Blanche area as stated on the excerpt from the Kadaster, that was also confirmed to my personally by one of her own brothers ( Homer )…
– Third the island resolution that she stated to have that allowed her to occupy the so call property that i am using expired since 1989 and never specified that particular area, just for her to find an area of 1500sq meters within the St Peters with in 6 months but also payment had to have been made toward the lease, to the knowledge i received from the Dept of VROMI, those payments were never made… I also have a copy of this document and now understand why she never wanted to bring it up on the table…….
I was glad that when i brought the matter back to government, they wrote a letter back to Duncan and Brandon Law firm that clearly outlined the property i am occupying along with the right certificate of ad-measurement numbers and that they failed to research and gather the correct information from their client . The letter ask or the to please stop harass in Mr Wyatte as he has all right to occupy the said property, the letter was also cc to the police department….
Now you know was the funniest thing i notice and i could be wrong but ” COMMON SENSE JUST DONT LOOSE”
– Duncan and Brandon is the Richardson so call family lawyer and the owner of Mark Rebes Duerwaarde is married to a Richardson… you think this could be a set up or ”SOMETHING JUST FALL FROM THE SKY” am just saying…. but you know my heart is contented and jah is by my side, no wicked can prosper…..
The past few months i been just taking it slow paid the land tax for the whole first year and doing what i can with what i receive from supporters from the Cultural Xpression Newsletter.. I have no plan on giving up, the harassment has slowed down a bit but i still receive a lil trespassing to pass through, mashing down the fence so i can see, while they can just ask me to open the gate, sad, big little children. But that just to show me that they have no respect for me or what i am doing, but thats ok i won’t loose my cool but it will stop sooner or later weather they like it or not… The cows stop, that a good thing cause i was looking forward to selling some cow meat, which the option is still on the table if cows start to grow back on my property lol…
I been busy in the back ground cleaning up the stump out of the ground , so it still looks a lil bushy but it all just mostly grass and when all the stumps and dead tree barks are out , i just pass through like a crazy mad with my weed wackier with no distraction lol, thats the easiest part… In the mean time i also started to plant allot of ornamental flowers and cactus to start beautifying the landscape and then i will focus on food as i obtain enough funds to fence up good , so you could say from this point on Phase 1 beautification is in effect.. Got allot of food in my yard so when i ready to plant food is just put in the ground, so never think i sleeping lol….
Below you can see what i planted over the weekend i got a lot of nice organic food types from guyana also like celery, parsley , cherry tomato, white and dark egg plant, hot peppers sweat pepper, Corila, Bak Choy, Spinach, Musturd, string beans , passion fruit, hog plum , white sun flowers, wall flowers a few other things…
Will have a lot of small food and flower plants for you guys to give away and on sale for like $1 – $2 when they are like 4 weeks old… Bak chou, string bean, white and dark egg plant and hot peppers already showing their new leaves, so if guys want any of these check me out in 3-4 weeks time and get something to put in your back yard i will even have Strawberries slips… Doing everything on your own is hard if you don’t got the right support but whats more important is that ”YOUR DOING IT ” ONE LOVE AND RESPECT EVERY TIME ..
