In this months edition of Cultural Xpression, we continue to keep you cultural in tuned. This month has been a great kick start for students at USM as they get they continue to keep the ball of Agro-Ecology rolling.. Had great chance to also be inspired by Dr George Felix of the University of Science in the filed of Agro-Ecology. As we get into the final stage for development of the St Maarten Agricultural Research and Development Center we focus on getting the place organize so we can get back to cultivation, the implementation of our education sessions.
Nevertheless this month we also touch base on the political scene a bit to express our discouragement of what has been taking place in the local political arena that allows the country to also be placed on hold so very often. Vote or Don’t Vote? Is really the question, but further more rather the power of choice we have while placing our vote into another person with hopes they execute their vision shared to its full potential… This has yet to be witnessed in country St Maarten..
We also continue to look at our great Afro-Caribbean people like Cynric Griffith and Mary Seacole that played a significant role in our society while sharing the health benefits of Ackee and more great info on arts, entertainment, what tourism will be in the future, business and sports.
No matter the culture your share, never limit yourself of how you Xpress it !
