Every Thursday community members can get Fresh Pot Fish caught between the beautiful water of St Maarten and Saba. Pot fish is a mixture of Hines, Doctor, Butter and Parrot fish etc…
Fish available from 10 am on Thursday’s at the St Maarten Agricultural Research and Development Center.
