Morning started off great today, after have a great breakfast with everything from the farm but the bread… Felt like i had enough energy to take on the world lol.. After breakfast me and the kids headed to the farm to to transplant some seedling that were ready to go into separate containers. My daughter did a great job helping me transfer the Dill, Multicolor Sweet Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes and Lettuce Leaf Basil into separate containers to get them ready to go into the ground.
Today we also had some visitors that stopped by to get their fresh organic produce. Ms Arlena Richardson and Mr Sprot of the St Maarten academy School stopped by and left with a smile along with the fresh green and herbs. They encourage the continuation of Agriculture for St Maarten and Loved the concept of our vision we have for it and would like to see more kids also be able to get involved. When i got home and turned on my Facebook i was overwhelmed with the Display posted to my page by Ms Arlena Richardson that she made from all the fruits and herbs she collected from the garden. Things like this keeps me inspired and motivated to continue my journey.
After me and my daughter settled with the boys at home, we got a chance to get dinner ready, once again everything from the Garden except the Pasta..
Feels great to eat what you grow and grow what you eat !!!!
