I remember 2 years back when i started this newsletter it was all about the passion for promoting my close friends who were artist and build the awareness on the importance of agriculture.. Now here i am 2 years later, feeling great about why i started it in the first place as it continues to highlight and embrace local / regional artist and entrepreneurs.
Its important for our people that cant afford modern day advertisement budgets to still be able to get the necessary exposer they need to help boost their service or product. Cultural Xpression was created also for this purpose, to ensure that the small and medium businesses also have an opportunity to gain potential exposer while being able to contribute to to a greater cause, Agricultural Community Development!!!
As my passion for agriculture grew, I decided to start the farm after obtaining a pice of land from government. It was a struggle to get things off the ground financially but giving up was not an option. As everyday progresses i give thanks to be able see another day and trod on on my journey dispite the obslicals set in your way, strangely they are set there only to make you stronger.
Understanding my journey more and more and what was set before me, i got tired of running around asking others that didnt understand the importannce of Agriculture to support or contribute to the development of the community garden… I can’t say that they didnt want to, but it more seem like many didnt understand the importance of it, and there for never really saw the importance to contribute to the cause..
There came a point in my life where i decided to focus more on what i had in front of me and not what i could not see or put into perspective properly. My good friend Seain came down on vacation from school in holland where he has a masters in business tech…He ask if he could assist me on taking the newsletter to another level by allowing contributors to reserve ad spaces for the cause of the community garden.
The supporters of this Newsmagazine all contribute in one way or another toward the development and sustainability if the St Peter Community Garden Research and Development Center, weather by donations or contributing materials. Its not all about money he said to me, its about the reason for giving or doing. TOGETHER WE CAN CHANGE , ONE LIFE, ONE COMMUNITY , ONE DAY AT A TIME….. I just want to say thank you for all your efforts and thank you for believing in a young man with a vision to change our country and set a much deserved foundation for your and my kids alike.
